About the job
Develops and supports device and reliability modeling and silicon correlation for Broadcom technology platforms and high-volume products.
What you'll do
- Perform device and circuit characterization, measurement automation, and data collection and analysis for silicon correlation.
- Develop device models for circuit simulation and support GDS-to-SPICE design flows using custom process-characterization and modeling test chips.
- Work with a worldwide design engineering community and contribute to technology-platform modeling functions.
