Designs and develops memory compilers and custom memory macros, from circuit design and simulation through physical implementation, characterization, and silicon debug.
What you'll do
- Analyze memory architectures and design, simulate, verify, and implement memory circuits and physical macros.
- Develop characterization and verification automation; extract timing and power information and specify memory models.
- Create silicon test plans, correlate silicon results with simulations, and help debug silicon issues.
