Supports front-of-house leadership at a Brooks retail store, driving sales and premium customer service while developing staff and community engagement.
What you'll do
- Lead front-of-house operations with the Store Manager to meet sales and profit goals; coach staff on service, selling, and product knowledge.
- Support community events, product-launch activations, and store-level social media activities to build local relationships and sales.
- Back up inventory ordering and scheduling when the Store Manager and back-of-house Assistant Store Manager are on scheduled PTO.
