About the job
Provides care and safety for children and adolescents while coordinating therapeutic milieu operations and supervising behavioral health staff.
What you'll do
- Coordinate milieu treatment, oversee behavior management plans, and monitor staff documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Supervise, orient, schedule, and support the professional development of milieu staff, including crisis-management instruction and in-service programs.
- Collaborate with the treatment team, families, and outside agencies, and serve as a liaison between Behavioral Health Specialists and Unit RNs.
