About the job
Follows up on outstanding claims and corrects denied claims for a large physician multispecialty practice.
What you'll do
- Review, correct, and resubmit denied claims; investigate denials and resolve payer errors.
- Obtain missing claim information and medical records, and respond to payer inquiries.
- Identify denial trends and work with management to improve processes and accuracy.
