About the job
Performs dishwashing, sanitation, food-service setup, and scheduled tray-line work for patient meals.
What you'll do
- Cleans and sanitizes patient meal trays, dishes, equipment, and dish-room areas; operates and monitors dishwashing equipment.
- Prepares and stores food, restocks and sets up workstations, and helps maintain pars and patient food temperatures.
- Assists with equipment movement and may operate the cash register and perform cashing-out duties.
