Maintains a hospital in a clean, aseptic, safe, and orderly condition through housekeeping and environmental services duties.
What you'll do
- Cleans and disinfects patient and common areas, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other surfaces, including discharge and isolation cleaning.
- Collects and disposes of waste, replenishes supplies, handles linen, and replaces sharps containers and room furnishings as needed.
- Follows cleaning procedures and schedules, uses supplies and equipment appropriately, and participates in quality improvement activities.
