Follows up on outstanding claims and corrects denied claims for a large physician multi-specialty practice.
What you'll do
- Review, correct, and resubmit denied claims; analyze denial causes and resolve payer errors.
- Obtain missing claim information and medical records, and communicate with payers and internal departments.
- Report denial trends and work with management to improve processes and accuracy.
