Provides personal care and basic nursing assistance to patients and families from admission to discharge under a Registered Nurse’s supervision.
What you'll do
- Provide personal care, basic nursing assistance, and rehabilitation support, including assistance with daily activities and ambulation.
- Observe and report patient signs and symptoms, maintain a safe environment, and follow safety and infection-control procedures.
- Document patient-care information in the EHR and related records; may serve as a patient observer.
