What you'll do
- Schedule, triage, and track referrals and related testing; obtain insurance authorizations and follow up on outstanding items.
- Contact patients with appointment details and instructions, and forward referral information and correspondence to the appropriate providers.
- Support referral-related questions and participate in practice quality improvement activities.
