About the job
Provides and evaluates nursing care for neuro med-surg patients from admission through discharge, coordinating care with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
What you'll do
- Provide direct patient care and assess patient and family teaching needs.
- Delegate and supervise safe care activities, evaluate outcomes, and participate in quality improvement and research.
- Coordinate care and discharge planning; serve as a preceptor and assume delegated charge nurse responsibilities.

- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Rhode Island or under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Receive NIHSS Certification within 3 months of hire.
