What you'll do
- Provision and troubleshoot voice services, phone sets, and mailboxes; support end users and call center telephony.
- Build, monitor, maintain, and enhance unified communications infrastructure and systems; perform capacity planning and scheduled maintenance.
- Support projects, maintain technical documentation and inventories, and provide off-hours on-call coverage.
