What you'll do
- Scope customer needs into defined engagements with deliverables, estimates, and exit criteria; manage work within the agreed scope.
- Build core platform features as production code and hand them off for ongoing support.
- Identify recurring customer needs and bring them to Product as potential roadmap items.
