What you'll do
- Set the multi-year enablement vision and roadmap in partnership with leaders across GTM, Post-Sale, AI CoE, and Product; lead and develop enablement staff.
- Own the BuildOps Academy and LMS, including curriculum strategy, content governance, and enablement for internal teams and customers.
- Embed AI into enablement content and workflows, track KPIs, and communicate progress and investment needs to executive and board audiences.
