What you'll do
- Set the multi-year enablement vision and roadmap with senior leaders across GTM, Post-Sale, AI CoE, and Product.
- Lead the enablement team and BuildOps Academy; manage the LMS and content governance.
- Embed AI into enablement workflows, track KPIs, and communicate progress and investment needs to executives and the board.
