Leads the data engineering team and strategy behind Built’s data platform, delivering reliable, governed data capabilities for analytics, decisioning, automation, and product development.
What you'll do
- Grow and coach the team, hire talent, and establish delivery and operational practices.
- Set data platform architecture and roadmap across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, governance, and data products.
- Partner across Product, Analytics, Security, and Engineering to deliver secure, reliable, scalable data systems.

- Experience scaling teams and systems through hiring, process, architecture, and delivery.

$225,000 - 265,000 USD per year (base salary)
