What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate pilots, integrations, hardware logistics, readiness, and go-live across customer, partner, and internal teams.
- Lead post-launch technical success by monitoring system health and adoption, running check-ins, and resolving issues.
- Convert successful proofs of concept into longer-term contracts, identify expansion opportunities, and create repeatable deployment playbooks.
