What you'll do

- Develop ER strategy and guidelines for issues such as underperformance, restructures, and probation failure; collaborate with employee representative bodies on compliance and implementation.
- Optimize ER processes and introduce AI to improve efficiency; develop and implement post-termination restriction strategies across countries.
