Seattle, Washington · Full-time · Posted Oct 28, 2026

About the job

Develops a closed-loop AIOps platform for hyperscale data center networks, using telemetry, machine learning, and LLM-based agents to diagnose issues, predict risk, and support or automate remediation.

What you'll do

  • Build real-time network observability pipelines integrating telemetry from physical and virtual networks.
  • Develop intelligent diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and capacity and risk prediction capabilities.
  • Build LLM-powered operations assistants and agents for troubleshooting and controlled network remediation.

What they ask for

  • Deep understanding of data center network architectures, EVPN/VXLAN, BGP/OSPF, and the Linux network stack.
  • Mastery of Golang or Python, with strong coding and system design skills.
  • Familiarity with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • Interest in LLMs and agents, with insights or hands-on experience applying RAG, tool use, or safety evaluation to operations.

Nice to have

  • Experience operating or developing for hyperscale (100,000+ servers) data center networks, or contributing to an LLM/Agent-based intelligent operations project with measurable business impact.
  • Open-source contributions or experience with high-performance networking, SmartNICs, DPDK/eBPF, or network configuration and control systems.

Tools

Golang, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse/TSDB, Prometheus/OpenTelemetry

AI focus

Applies machine learning and deep learning for anomaly detection, correlation, noise reduction, and prediction; builds RAG assistants and operational agents for troubleshooting and controlled remediation.
