Physical Security Project Manager (Multiple Positions)

What you'll do

• Deliver physical security and technology integration projects on time and within budget, from planning through installation, commissioning, and handover to maintenance teams.
• Manage project roadmaps, documentation, vendor relationships, contracts, and process improvements.
• Coordinate stakeholders, assess worksite security needs, present recommendations to senior management, and mentor less-experienced project managers.

What they ask for

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, plus 2 years of related work experience; OR bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in those fields, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating workplans and collaboration.
• At least 2 years of experience managing vendor relationships and contracts for physical security services and products, including proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• At least 2 years of experience in each of: collaborating with cross-functional teams including Real Estate; managing stakeholder relationships and building facility-safety programs; and developing project timelines, gathering requirements, assessing risks, and influencing executive decisions.

Pay

USD $160077 - $227800 per year (salary)
