Research Scientist Graduates - (Seed Model - AI Foundation Model Infrastructure) - 2027 Start

What you'll do

• Design scalable infrastructure for model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Optimize distributed training across compute, memory, and communication; improve reliability, efficiency, and observability.
• Develop evaluation, data-processing, and model lifecycle frameworks, and co-design systems and algorithms to improve foundation-model performance.

What they ask for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field; expected to graduate in 2027 and able to start onboarding by the end of 2027.
• Excellent coding ability and knowledge of data structures and fundamental algorithms.
• Proficient in C/C++ or Python, etc.
• Demonstrated interest or project experience in relevant areas.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in distributed systems, machine learning systems, or related areas.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
