Senior Product Manager - AI Data and Safety

What you'll do

• Define data requirements for aligning LLMs and develop data acquisition and production methodologies, monitoring costs and effectiveness.
• Maintain data quality and improve production processes and tools using quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Identify and mitigate biases and vulnerabilities in data production through technical, product, and operational solutions.

What they ask for

• Solid understanding of alignment approaches such as SFT and RLHF, or solid experience in moderation, labeling, search quality, or data synthesis.
• At least two years of experience as a product manager or product strategist, including process design experience.

• Strong interest in LLMs and human behavior, experience, or wellbeing.
• Collaborative, assertive communicator with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
