Provides technical training, solution consulting, and post-sales troubleshooting to help customers and channel partners adopt AI-powered content production solutions.

- Develop and deliver product and technical training; gather needs and support training plans.
- Advise on solution selection and design, architecture reviews, Proof of Concept validation, and industry-specific solution materials.
