Provides technical training, solution consulting, and post-sales support to customers and channel partners using AI-powered content production solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver product and technical training; gather needs and support training plans.
- Advise on solution design, architecture, technology selection, and Proof of Concept validation; document industry solutions and best practices.
- Troubleshoot customer and partner issues, provide on-site support for critical incidents, and relay customer feedback to product teams.
