What you'll do
- Develop and deliver product and technical training; gather training needs and support training plans.
- Advise on technology selection and solution design, conduct architecture reviews and Proof of Concept validation, and document industry solutions.
- Diagnose product issues, provide on-site support for critical incidents, and relay customer feedback to product teams.
