Leads and improves global R&D recruiting for ByteDance’s Data teams, partnering with business leaders to develop hiring strategies and build technical talent.
What you'll do
- Develop talent acquisition strategies across business lines and geographies; manage recruitment from workforce needs through the candidate lifecycle.
- Improve hiring processes, candidate experience, service-level agreements, and recruitment output.
- Coach and mentor global recruiting team members and coordinate with leaders and operations teams on global recruitment practices.
