About the job
Leads the roadmap and architecture for Creator Agent algorithm infrastructure, adapting agent capabilities and optimization methods to creator-commerce workflows.
What you'll do
- Design and build agent orchestration, agentic search, hierarchical memory, and algorithm training, evaluation, and iteration infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging agent optimization approaches and turn those with business value into team capabilities.
- Partner with algorithm and product teams to deliver infrastructure suited to creator and B2B user needs.
What they ask for
- Understand frontier agent architectures, including OpenAI SDK and Claude Code, and their capabilities and challenges.
- Have hands-on experience building production-grade, domain-customized agents with LangGraph or an equivalent framework.
- Understand Agent RL, hierarchical memory and Memory RL, and SFT; have hands-on practice or deep familiarity with at least 2–3 frontier agent optimization directions.
- Understand agentic search and B2B/ToB business needs; demonstrate technical judgment and strong cross-team collaboration.
Nice to have
- End-to-end experience building LLM-powered agent algorithm infrastructure from 0 to 1; hands-on experience with RL, RLHF, DPO, or GRPO.
- Experience in test-time scaling, process reward models, agent self-improvement, automated prompt/workflow optimization, content-generation infrastructure, B2B/SaaS/CRM, or international/multilingual products.
Tools
LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, Claude Code, DSPy, TextGrad, RLHF, DPO, GRPO
