Own policy and SOP governance, compliance reviews, and risk follow-up across Cadence’s care delivery operations, keeping documentation audit-ready and escalating unresolved issues.
What you'll do
- Lead compliance reviews, document findings and risks, and escalate unresolved or higher-risk issues.
- Maintain audit-ready records of policies, approvals, review results, exceptions, and corrective actions.
- Partner with policy owners and business teams to improve SOPs, compliance processes, tools, and follow-up.
