What you'll do
- Set technical vision and architecture, and partner across clinical, product, design, and AI teams on the roadmap.
- Lead development and operation of clinical AI workflows, services, infrastructure, and evaluation frameworks.
- Hire and develop engineers; establish standards for testing, observability, validation, reliability, and clinical correctness.
