What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end practice deployments and drive clinician and patient adoption.
- Build provider relationships, monitor engagement metrics, and use performance reports to improve adoption and outcomes.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Partnerships, Product, and Care Delivery teams to scale and improve services.
