Senior Full Stack Engineer, Website Development

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain performant, accessible web experiences; own projects from discovery through deployment and iteration.
• Develop frontend architecture, reusable components, content models, and integrations with CMS, analytics, experimentation platforms, APIs, and other systems.
• Improve SEO and AI-powered discovery, site performance and quality, and the technical direction of the public web platform.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including significant experience building and operating production web applications at scale.
• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript and TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing scalable frontend systems and integrating web applications with APIs, content management systems, analytics, and experimentation systems.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO and familiarity with AEO and AI-powered discovery; authorized to work lawfully in the United States (no immigration sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience with Payload CMS or another modern headless CMS; Astro or similar frameworks.
• Experience with internationalization, website experimentation or migration, growth marketing, or structured content for AI assistants and search systems.

Pay

$224,400 — $271,920 USD annual base salary; $205,700 — $249,260 USD annual base salary; $187,000 — $226,600 USD annual base salary
