About the job
Leads end-to-end design of Calm’s consumer mobile and web experiences, using research, data, and rapid prototyping to deliver polished products that support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What you'll do
- Own product design from visual and interaction design through implementation, QA, and post-launch iteration.
- Create and test prototypes using Figma, AI, and low-code tools; use research and performance data to guide decisions.
- Partner across teams to improve Calm’s design system and raise product-design craft standards.
