Supports customer deployments of Campfire by configuring the platform, migrating and validating data, testing accounting workflows, and helping customers reach go-live.
What you'll do
- Support deployments from kickoff through go-live, owning implementation workstreams and keeping tasks and timelines on track.
- Configure Campfire to customer needs; support data migration, validation, and workflow testing.
- Work with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, document requirements, and support go-live and post-launch stabilization.
