What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding from scoping and integration through configuration and go-live, including complex data migrations.
- Build and configure integrations, and write production-quality code, scripts, and tooling to support rollouts.
- Serve as the customer's technical contact and turn recurring field work into product improvements and reusable tools.
