Shapes and ships the core experience of Campfire’s ERP platform, leading complex, cross-product design work for finance and accounting workflows.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for ambiguous, complex product problems, from framing through launch and iteration.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership on product strategy and roadmap; evolve design systems and interaction patterns.
- Conduct customer research, lead design reviews, and mentor designers to raise the team’s craft bar.
What they ask for

- Ability to code prototypes using HTML/CSS and enough JavaScript to build interactive, functional mockups.
- Strong systems thinking, communication, and comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete requirements.
