Leads a team of Admissions Counselors, coaching them toward enrollment goals and overseeing admissions pipelines, operations, and team culture.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop 7–10 Admissions Counselors, including through weekly one-on-ones and feedback on recorded intro calls.
- Review pipelines and performance, support accurate record-keeping, and report lead quality, volume, and trends to management.
- Communicate processes and updates, support onboarding and training, and recommend operational improvements or performance actions.

- Prior leadership or management experience with direct reports.

Pay
USD $65,000 - $75,000 base salary
