Leads and scales operational processes, initially focused on Financial Aid and the student financial experience, using technology, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to improve service.
What you'll do
- Optimize Financial Aid workflows, including applications, disbursements, billing, refunds, and payment plans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Build scalable processes and SOPs, and partner with Product/Eng on technology solutions.
- Advise the COO, manage operational risks and resources, and establish metrics and dashboards for continuous improvement.
