Supports a caseload of college students through proactive coaching, academic and personal problem-solving, accountability, and ongoing progress tracking.
What you'll do
- Build relationships and conduct coaching sessions and proactive outreach by phone, text, and chat.
- Coach students on goals, time management, academic and personal challenges, and accountability while managing a caseload of 50–75 students.
- Track progress, document interactions and forms, prioritize outreach by risk, and coordinate with Admissions and Onboarding.
