Manage a student caseload and provide proactive coaching, accountability, and support to help students progress through college.
What you'll do
- Build relationships through coaching sessions, check-ins, and proactive outreach by phone, text, and chat.
- Coach students through academic, personal, and motivational challenges; help them set actionable goals and stay accountable.
- Track progress, prioritize caseload needs, document interactions, and collaborate with Admissions and Onboarding.
