What you'll do
- Develop and support coaches through team meetings, pipeline reviews, call monitoring, and feedback.
- Track KPIs such as retention, attendance, and student NPS; use insights to improve student success initiatives.
- Manage a small student caseload, support escalated concerns, and coordinate with leadership and stakeholders.
