What you'll do
- Lead team meetings, monitor coach outreach, and provide feedback to improve coaching performance.
- Track retention, attendance, and student NPS; use insights to set priorities and improve the student success program.
- Manage a small student caseload, support escalated concerns, and coordinate with leadership and stakeholders.
