About the job
Operates and maintains the Tilton Energy Center, monitoring plant systems and performing procedures and repairs to support safe, reliable power generation.
What you'll do
- Operate gas-fired turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems, including start-ups and shutdowns; monitor and record operating data.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and backup systems, and maintain plant records and technical documentation.
- Follow safety protocols and support plant operations, including inventory management and supervised switching/tagging.
