Leads end-to-end recruiting and hiring strategy to scale Candid Health’s Sales and Marketing organization, partnering with senior leaders and helping strengthen recruiting practices.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing roles, including senior and first-in-seat hires.
- Partner with the CCO and GTM teams on talent needs, recruitment strategies, sourcing, and pipeline development.
- Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience, and coach other recruiting team members.
