Build and improve Canopy’s practice management platform for accounting professionals across its backend services and user-facing applications.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, QA, and customers to define, build, test, and iterate on features.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices, build frontend experiences, and own deployments to staging and production.
- Write tests, review code, resolve bugs and technical debt, mentor teammates, and contribute to AI-driven engineering tools.

- 5+ years of professional software development experience with meaningful frontend and backend exposure.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Kotlin and RESTful API design; strong SQL proficiency.
