Leads federal customer engagements to understand operational needs, deploy Cape’s technology, and coordinate product integration with engineering and product teams.
What you'll do
- Own early customer engagements, assess challenges, and deploy technology at customer sites.
- Build customer relationships and deliver executive presentations to secure buy-in.
- Lead on-site technical implementation and rollout, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning product direction with customer requirements.
