What you'll do
- Develop consumer reward experiences to increase early adoption and long-term retention, including personalized cross-channel journeys.
- Partner with engineering to build, A/B test, and launch consumer experiences.
- Own business cases, prioritization, performance monitoring, and operational reports and models to guide investment decisions.
