Build and optimize foundational AI systems and production AI-powered products for Capital One, including model inference, agent workflows, orchestration, and scalable infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, deploy, and support AI components such as foundation model training, LLM inference, agents, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
- Optimize production AI systems for scalability, cost, latency, throughput, and hardware utilization; integrate models and search into orchestration pipelines.
- Set technical direction and governance for AI systems, lead design reviews, and mentor AI engineers.
