About the job
Underwrites healthcare real estate loans and manages an existing commercial lending portfolio, assessing credit risk, structuring deals, and monitoring borrower accounts.
What you'll do
- Conduct financial and industry due diligence, analyze risks, model and structure transactions, and prepare credit approval documents.
- Manage assigned accounts, complete reviews and modifications, monitor risk ratings and policy compliance, and address problem accounts.
- Coordinate closings and communicate with clients, internal partners, and other stakeholders.
