Underwrite new commercial real estate fund finance transactions and manage an existing loan portfolio, including credit analysis, deal structuring, closing, and ongoing risk monitoring.
What you'll do
- Conduct due diligence, financial analysis and modeling; assess risks, mitigants, collateral and borrower valuation, and prepare credit approval documents.
- Coordinate transaction closing and contribute to deal reviews; prepare term sheets and related letters, and support legal-document review.
- Manage assigned customer accounts, complete reviews and modifications, monitor risk ratings and compliance, and escalate problem accounts.
