What you'll do
- Serve as the main dealer contact for service needs and escalations, providing concierge support through phone, email, and messaging.
- Coordinate and resolve dealer-facing sales and administrative issues, including agreements, cancellations, title issues, and receivables.
- Educate dealers on Capital One Auto Finance programs and tools, and support sales partners with opportunities and appointment scheduling.
